Industrial additive manufacturing

Industrial 3D Printing for Low-Volume Production

Functional polymer parts for OEMs, robotics companies and industrial manufacturers. Move from prototype validation to repeat production batches with an engineering-led team in India.

Engineering-led from Surat, India. International enquiries welcome.

Built for engineering teams

Who we work with

For teams that need a part to function in an assembly, not just look right on a build plate.

  • OEMs
  • Robotics companies
  • Automation integrators
  • Industrial machinery manufacturers
  • Product-development teams
  • R&D teams

Applications

What we manufacture

Functional production components

Polymer parts reviewed for their intended fit and operating conditions.

Jigs, fixtures and manufacturing aids

Application-specific tooling for assembly, positioning and handling.

Robotics and automation parts

Mounts, guards, housings and interfaces for developing equipment.

Housings, brackets and ducts

Mechanical and flow-related geometries prepared for additive manufacture.

Replacement and low-volume components

Parts evaluated when tooling is not yet practical for demand.

For application-specific tooling, see 3D printed jigs and fixtures.

No upfront tooling

From validation to low-volume production

Production FDM can bridge the period between an approved prototype and a tooling decision. Pilot builds, launch batches and recurring low-volume needs are assessed by geometry, material, quality requirements and commercial fit.

Explore low-volume production
  1. 01

    Prototype

Test fit, assembly and intended function before committing to a batch.

  2. 02

    Pilot or bridge batch

Review repeatability, part requirements and quantity for a defined run.

  3. 03

    Tooling transition

Compare additive manufacturing with injection moulding or another process as demand changes.

Engineering-led manufacturing

Designed for the part's real job

DfAM and CAD review

Wall thickness, load direction, print orientation, supports and assembly features can be reviewed before fabrication.

Material and process selection

We discuss mechanical use, environment and finish before selecting in-house FDM or SLA, with specialist processes coordinated through partners where needed.

Functional handoff

Threaded inserts, basic dimensional or mating checks, and prototype fit evaluation can be included when agreed in the project scope.

Materials discussed at quotation

In-house options stated by YantriX include PLA/PLA+, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU 95A, PETG-CF where supported, and prototyping resins. Availability and suitability depend on the part and current supply. Partner-supported SLS nylon can be discussed separately; it is not an in-house process.

Project workflow

A clear path from CAD to parts

  1. 01

    Define

Share application, CAD or drawings, quantity, operating conditions and critical interfaces.

  2. 02

    Review

Agree process, material, print orientation and any DfAM changes before quotation.

  3. 03

    Validate

Where scoped, check a prototype or first article for fit before a repeat batch.

  4. 04

    Produce

Confirm batch scope, relevant basic checks and handoff requirements for the project.

Industries and applications

Where additive manufacturing fits

Robotics and automation assemblies, industrial machinery, product-development hardware and production-line aids are common candidates. Each part still needs an application-specific material and process review.

International collaboration

Work with us remotely

International enquiries are welcome. Share a requirement first; CAD, drawings, revision notes and design questions can then be coordinated digitally. NDA needs can be discussed before confidential files are exchanged. Delivery and commercial terms are confirmed for each project rather than assumed.

Request a production review

Tell us what the part does, the quantity you need and any critical interfaces. We'll review feasibility and the next engineering step.
