Production tooling and aids

3D Printed Jigs, Fixtures & Manufacturing Aids

Purpose-built polymer tooling for manufacturing, assembly and automation teams. We combine CAD design, DfAM review and additive fabrication to fit the task on your line.

Engineering-led from Surat, India. International enquiries welcome.

Applications

Tools designed around the work

A fixture should locate a part consistently, withstand its expected use and be practical for an operator to handle. These requirements drive the CAD and material review before printing.

  • Assembly fixtures
  • Inspection and positioning fixtures
  • Drilling guides
  • Sensor mounts
  • Machine setup aids
  • Robotic end-effector components
  • Protective fixtures
  • Handling aids
  • Custom production tooling

Engineering + CAD + additive

From task definition to usable tooling

01 / FUNCTION

Define the interface

We review the workpiece, positioning, access, applied forces and any operator or robot interaction.

02 / DESIGN

Develop the CAD

Where needed, we refine geometry for fit, fasteners, insert locations, build orientation and maintainability.

03 / VALIDATION

Review a physical part

Prototype fit or basic dimensional checks can be scoped before a repeat batch. Requirements are agreed per project.

Material and use conditions

For FDM tooling, material choice depends on load, contact surfaces, heat, chemicals and expected handling. YantriX's stated in-house options include PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU and PETG-CF where supported. Suitability is confirmed during engineering review.

What to send us

A drawing, sample description or CAD of the workpiece; the task and equipment interface; anticipated load and environment; target quantity; and any dimensions that must be checked. If the design is confidential, discuss NDA needs before sharing files.
